Aktuala is the self-titled debut studio album from the Italian avant-garde world-folk collective Aktuala. Formed in Milan in 1972 by Walter and Laura Maioli, the group blends Mediterranean, North African, Middle Eastern, and Asian influences with free jazz and avant-garde rock.

Laura Maioli plays the tambura, while Antonio Cerantola adds acoustic guitar and balalaika. Daniele Cavallanti rounds out the ensemble with alto and tenor saxophones and clarinet.
