The management for Tea & Symphony was handled by Jim Simpson. The band's lineup for this release included Jef Daw on various guitars, bass, flute, percussion, and vocals; James Langston on lead vocals, guitars, and percussion; and Bob Wilson, a new multi-instrumentalist contributing piano, organ, harpsichord, and additional vocals.
