Streetmark released their third studio album, titled Dry, in 1979 under the Sky Records label, catalog number sky 028. This German band is known for their contributions to the rock genre, particularly within the Krautrock movement. The album was recorded and mixed at Conny's Studio in Wolperath, Germany, during January and February of the same year.

Lineup Changes and Contributions

Following the death of founding member Wolfgang Riechmann, Dorothea Raukes emerged as the principal lead vocalist. She took on additional roles as a lyricist and composer. Guitarist Thomas Schreiber also played a significant part in the songwriting process. The rhythm section saw the inclusion of Jürgen Pluta on bass, known for his work with Wallenstein, and drummer Bogdan Skowronek, who brought in a distinct Polish flair to the group’s sound.

The album's production was overseen by Bernd Schreiber, while Jürgen Krämer served as the recording engineer.
