Wind is a German band formed in the early 1970s, hailing from the Nuremberg and Erlangen area. Their debut album, Seasons, was released in 1971 on the +plus+ label. The band consists of four members: Andreas Büeler on bass and vocals, Lucky Schmidt on drums, percussion, vibraphone, and clavinet, Thomas Leidenberger on guitar and lead vocals, and Steve Leistner, who contributes lead vocals, harmonica, flute, and percussion.

The album was produced by Jochen Petersen, known for his work in the German rock scene. The engineering was handled by Dieter Dierks, who later gained recognition for his role as a producer for several notable acts, including the Scorpions.
