Recording and Production

The album was produced and arranged by keyboardist George Henríquez. It was recorded and mixed at Daniel Grau Estudio in Caracas, a studio known for its high-quality productions. The renowned Venezuelan engineer Daniel Grau, celebrated for his work in electronic music, oversaw the recording process. Lacquer cutting was handled by Nucho Bellomo, ensuring the vinyl's audio fidelity.

Aditus / 2 features a blend of instrumental Latin jazz-rock fusion. It showcases a combination of Fender Rhodes electric piano improvisations, Afro-Caribbean rhythms, and vibrant guitar work. The core musicians, George Henríquez and drummer Valerio González, are complemented by a selection of guest artists. Guitarists Álvaro Falcón, Antonio Soteldo, and Jorge Aguilar contribute their talents, along with bassists José Martínez, Luis Emilio Mauri, and Alberto Barnett. The inclusion of Javier Anguera on saxophone, flute, congas, and timbales adds depth to the arrangements. Percussionist Henry Gutierrez and vibraphonist Freddy Roldán further enhance the album's rich sound.
