Introduction to Flyday

In late 1978, Kraan released their sixth studio album, Flyday, under the Harvest label. This album was recorded and mixed at Conny's Studio in Neunkirchen-Wolperath between July and September of that year. Produced by the band and Conny Plank, it features an eclectic mix of jazz rock, funk rock, and progressive rock influences.

Lineup Changes

Flyday marks a transitional period for Kraan, as it introduces new drummer Udo Dahmen, who temporarily replaced Jan Fride.
