Progresiv TM's "Puterea Muzicii": A Hard Rock Evolution

In 1979, Progresiv TM released their album "Puterea Muzicii" on the Electrecord label in Romania. This release marked a new chapter for the band following their disbandment in 1976. Vocalist Harry Coradini and guitarist Ladislau Herdina reformed the group, enlisting new members from the Bucharest rock band Rosu si Negru. This lineup included Liviu Tudan on bass guitar and piano, Florin Ochescu on guitar, and percussionist Ion Cristian. The reformed Progresiv TM embraced a harder rock sound while retaining progressive rock elements.

Musical Composition

Liviu Tudan and Ladislau Herdina contributed significantly to the music composition. The song "Oameni Si Fapte," composed by Tudan, opens the album with a strong rock foundation.
